Oak Brook, IL – August 15, 2011 – Cavoure Advisors is pleased to announce the recruitment of Charles Poynter to Restaurant Technology Services where he will be Vice President and U.S. General Manager reporting to the CEO, Kim Williams.

Mr. Poynter, who brings a wealth of general management and call center experience to RTS, was Vice President, Call Center for Dean Foods. Previously, Mr. Poynter was Vice President and General Manager with PepsiAmericas , President and COO of Express-Med and Vice President and General Manager Outsourcing Solutions, Inc. Earlier experience includes roles with DialAmerica, Illinois Consolidated Telephone and Aegis, Inc.

Mr. Poynter holds a B.A. Criminal Justice earned at City University of New York.
