
DENVER, CO – September 21, 2009 – Cavoure Advisors is pleased to announce the recruitment of Stephen Dills as vice president sourcing and strategy for Tomkins Industries, Inc. reporting to the CIO, Kishore Nayak who Mr. Brown recruited earlier this year.
Dills is a well-experienced and highly-regarded professional who previously served as global director of information technology at Visteon Corporation. In that role, Steve focused on business process improvement in a variety of areas, including sourcing/vendor management, IT governance, global application delivery, IT consumption and cost reduction, as well as helping drive the IT organization to be more customer-centric and cost effective.
Steve spent the early part of his career as a product engineer with Textron. Later, he held engineering management roles with Lear Corporation, where he became global director, program management office.
Dills holds a B.S. in civil and environmental engineering and a M.S. in industrial and systems engineering both earned at the University of Michigan.
