Rosemont, Illinois – September 14, 2011 – Cavoure Advisors is delighted to announce the recruitment of Brandy B. Sanders to the position of Vice President, Field Human Resources Officer at U.S. Foodservice.

Most recently, Ms. Sanders was Senior Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for Bally Fitness Corporation, a leading operator of fitness centers with more than 12,000 employees.  Brandy brings to U.S. Foodservice extensive depth in guiding and leading large, field-based employee populations in the retail and hospitality industries.   

Before joining Bally, Ms. Sanders held a series of senior-level human resources positions with The Home Depot.  In her final role at that company, she led the human resources function for its largest division, encompassing more than 100,000 associates.  Previously, Brandy spent eight years at The Gap, holding a variety of generalist and HR operations positions.  Ms. Sanders began her career at Marriott International, where she ultimately served as a hotel general manager.       

A native of Alabama, Ms. Sanders holds a BA degree from the University of Southern Alabama, as well as an MBA from the University of New Mexico.
