DES PLAINES, IL – April 10, 2008 – Cavoure Advisors is pleased to announce the recruitment of Patrick W. Poole to the position of Vice President, Supply Management. Mr. Poole joins Lawson from Sears Holdings, where he served as Director, Inventory Planning & Logistics, based in Hoffman Estates.

Mr. Poole has nearly 20 years of diverse supply chain experience in the retail, automotive components, consumer products, and computer hardware industries. Pat has held functional assignments in production planning, procurement, strategic sourcing, inventory management, and logistics. Prior to joining Sears, Mr. Poole held senior level roles with Newell/Rubbermaid, Dell, and Tenneco Packaging.

Poole holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater, and an MBA degree from St. Edwards University.
