Daniel D. Kepler Joins Cavoure

CHICAGO, IL - April 5, 2010 - Cavoure LP is pleased to announce that Daniel E. Kepler has joined the firm as a search partner.

Dan brings a wealth of search and client relationship experience gained from his 14 years in executive search. During his 10 years with Russell Reynolds Associates, Dan transitioned from technology to industrial clients, culminating in leading Russell Reynolds Associates' N.A. automotive practice. At Heidrick & Struggles, Dan broadened his industrial focus to include Private Equity and Venture Capital clients and recently led Heidrick & Struggles into clean technology with a focus on electronic, electrical and efficiency clients.

After receiving his B.S. degree from Ohio Wesleyan University, Dan began his career as an options trader in Chicago, followed by working in telecom for MCI and AT&T.
