Chicago, IL – March 14, 2011 – – Cavoure Advisors announces the appointment of Richard T. Conti to the position of chief operating officer North America for S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. Previously, Mr. Conti was an operating advisor to KKR.

Mr. Conti has 30 years of consumer products management experience with The Procter & Gamble Company, The Clorox Company and more recently with GTCR – Golder Rauner and KKR.

He holds a Bachelors degree in Economics (Colgate University) and completed the Program for Management Development (PDM) (Harvard University).

This placement follows on a series of recruitments by Cavoure for S.C. Johnson & Son, Inc. including, among others, the placement of the Senior Vice President, Global Product Supply; Vice President, Global Manufacturing; and the Director, Human Resources Europe for this well known company.
