CHICAGO, Ill - February 8, 2010 - Cavoure Advisors is delighted to announce the recruitment of Brian Demos to TreeHouse Foods, where he has been appointed Senior Vice President, Quality & Food Safety.

Demos joins TreeHouse from Little Lady Foods, where he served as Vice President, Quality Assurance, Food Safety, and New Product Development. Previously, Brian held senior-level roles in general management, product development, and quality with several operating divisions of ConAgra Foods.

Demos holds a Bachelors degree in animal science from Ohio State University, a masters degree in food science and technology from Purdue University, and a Ph.D. in food science from the University of Nebraska.
