Miles McKie a founding partner of Cavoure, following 10 years with Heidrick & Struggles in its Chicago office.

He has extensive experience in recruiting chief executive officers and presidents. Representative searches include the CEOs of Burger King, NutraSweet, Chiquita Processed Foods, Wendy's International, JohnsonDiversey and Fiskars.

Often quoted in the national media on consumer company leadership issues, he is increasingly being asked to conduct searches for such iconic institutions as the American Medical Association and the LPGA, where a need exists to recruit more commercially minded leadership.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mr. McKie was a managing director in the Chicago office of Russell Reynolds Associates, with 10 years of search experience, where he headed the consumer product practice for North America. Prior to his career in executive search, Mr. McKie gained 13 years of consumer products experience with PepsiCo and S. C. Johnson. His extensive marketing career includes the management of existing product categories, as well as the creation of new ones. Mr. McKie's career spans the globe from the Far East to Africa to Europe.

Mr. McKie has lived in the city of Chicago since 1987, where he is chairman of the Lycée Français de Chicago. Mr. McKie is a member of the University Club of Chicago and the Arts Club of Chicago. He holds a BA degree with honors from the University of Leeds and an MBA from Northwestern University.
