Scott CuellarScott Cuellar serves a broad client base of industrial and wholesale distribution companies. Previously, he was a senior partner in the Chicago office of Heidrick & Struggles, where he also had served on the firm's Global Nominating Committee. Scott began his executive search career in 1995 with Russell Reynolds Associates.

Scott has recruited chief executive and chief operating officers, and several group and business unit presidents for a variety of private and publicly traded industrial and distribution companies. Additionally, Scott has recruited many senior corporate officers across key functional disciplines in finance, sales and marketing, human resources, and supply chain.

Prior to his career in executive search, Scott was a program manager in the corporate business development group of the General Electric Company. Before that, he worked as a consultant in the Cleveland office of McKinsey & Company. Scott began his career with the General Motors Corporation, serving in operations, engineering and product management roles. He holds an undergraduate degree cum laude in electrical engineering from General Motors Institute, as well as an MBA with distinction from The Wharton School.

Scott is a Wisconsin native and now resides in St. Charles, Illinois, with his wife Annie and four children.
